I keep waking up with a headache, not a migraine, so I am not incapacitated, but I get tired of the drill. I have not worked out in a week, so I know it effects my motivation.
Of course, getting to bed earlier might actually do me some good. ^_^ But isn’t that what the weekend is for? Sleeping in?
Sometimes I’m surprised to find myself on my way to work when I’ve woken up so groggy. I have to check to make sure I am not in my pjs and I didn’t forget to put on makeup. But by the time I get to the office, the coffee has worked its magic and I am human again. (From zombie to human in under an hour!! For details, click here!) ^_^
