Self Portrait

Self Portrait Vintage mirror woman

Hair that ruffles in every breeze
Eyes that see beauty everywhere
Nose that smells the flowers
Mouth that smiles frequently
Lips that kiss, tongue that tastes
Ears that hear the lovely world
Neck that turns to see one in trouble
Hands that help as much as they can
Feet that walk the walk
I don’t need a mirror to see
A self that is happy

    • I immediately thought upon seeing the prompt that the prompt was not about my appearance so much as about who I am, or who I try to be. And so I stubbornly made it about the inside self I strive for. ^_^
